Spark Sports Coaching

Bookings

Spark Sports Coaching offers an online booking service, upon making a booking and completing payment, you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided.

An email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your child's place on a Spark Sports Coaching activity.

Before booking please ensure your child is able to attend the activity and meets the conditions for such event as listed on our website. Please ensure that you provide your child with the appropriate safety equipment, listed on the ‘view details’ button when selecting each club. 

The child must attend the school that the activity is ran.

Cancellation Policy

When a customer wishes to cancel an order, he/she is advised to directly notify Spark Sports Coaching at info@sparksportscoaching.com giving as much notice as possible.

Refund Policy

Spark Sports Coaching reserves the right to offer refunds at it’s discretion. Refunds part way through a term will not be refundable as the child’s place has been allocated.

Child Protection
All Spark Sports Coaching staff hold current DBS certification. In the event that a child makes a disclosure or a member of staff believes that the child is suffering from abuse we will act in accordance with our child protection policy, a copy is available on request.

Film/Photography
Spark Sports Coaching may from time to time take photographs/film of Spark Sports Coaching camps and clubs, the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising Spark Sports Coaching events through Spark Sports Coaching literature, website and social media.
Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make Spark Sports Coaching aware of this at the time of booking or in writing before the activity starts.
Spark Sports Coaching will hold all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Personal Property

Spark Sports Coaching cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a Spark Sports Coaching event. Please ensure that no valuables are taken to the venue by your children.

Medical information
Any medical conditions that participants may have must be fully disclosed
(1) at the time of booking in writing to Spark Sports Coaching at registration and
(2) to the lead coach on the camp or at the venue.

Policies & Procedures
Copies of Spark Sports Coaching’s policies and procedures are available upon request.

Complaints
In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the activities senior coach at the event. If this is not possible then please put your complaint in writing to sparksportscoaching@gmail.com
